Antoine Bergeron

Palmyra Black Knights Hockey Director and Director of Player & Coaching Development

Antoine Bergeron is entering his 7th year as the Palmyra Black Knights Hockey Director and the Director of Player & Coaching Development on the PBK Leadership Team. ‍ Antoine is a native of Valcourt, Quebec. He was drafted by the St. Louis Blues in 2000 and played professionally in the ECHL with the Reading Royals and Trenton Titans. Antoine played his Junior career in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) which is regarded as one of the premier professional development leagues in North America. ‍ After his professional playing days, Antoine lead local youth programs in both Reading and Lancaster. Most recently, Antoine served 8 years as the hockey director for the Lancaster County Youth Amateur Hockey League (Lancaster Firebirds). Antoine grew that program tremendously over those 8 years into a highly respected program known for developing players, coaches, and families. ‍ Antoine saw the position at KLA/PBK as a huge opportunity at a successful hockey program and at a fantastic 3-pad ice rink with a wonderful sports complex surrounding it. In 2018, Antoine added AAA to PBK by entering in the USPHL (Untied States Premier Hockey League). In 2019 KLA added a 3rd ice sheet.

Adam Kondraski

PBK & Klick Lewis Business Manager

Adam played Division I hockey at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania while completing a B.S in Physical Education & Sports Administration with a minor in Business. He has served as an Assistant hockey director and Assistant rink manager for 3 years prior to joining the KLA and PBK family in 2019.

Matt Doyle

Youth Tier I Director and Head of Strength of Conditioning, Bantam Major 14U, Bantam Minor 13U

Coach Doyle is entering his 3rd year with the Palmyra Black Knights program where he serves as the 2010 / 2011 HC, Head of Strength and Conditioning and Youth Tier 1 Director. Prior to PBK, Matt severed as the Hockey Director for the York Ice Hockey Club from 2016-22. In his 10th year as a coach, Matt’s passion for on and off-ice development grows in his “1% Daily Improvement” philosophy. Building trust with players through a standard of detail and effort is the ideal environment for Black Knights to thrive in. You can find Coach Doyle at the rink working with all PBK Tier 1 Teams, and running his DSS Summer Training Program during the off-season.

Accelerate Goaltending

Goalie Coach

Accelerate Goaltending, Ben Halford has been a part of Josie Bothun's CHA Goaltender of the Year award in 2020-21 and 14 CHA Goaltender of the Month award winners. Halford graduated from Princeton University, concluding a four-year career that included an ECAC title and NCAA Tournament Berth. Prior to Princeton, Halford attended Albany Academy (NEPSAC), before moving on to the EJHL (now the NCDC) where he led the league in save percentage and set numerous franchise records. Halford also is the PSU goalie coach.

Rich Eby

Director of Coach and Player Development

Coach Rich will serve as Director of Coach and Player Development for our High Performance Hockey Program. During an extensive career in youth coaching spanning over 28 years, Rich has coached Collegiate, High School, AAHA Festival, AAA and AA teams from the Mite to Junior levels.

Mitch Lamoureux

Former AHL star Mitch Lamoureux will continue to make PBK his home sharing his Hall of Fame experience and knowledge with our players and coaches since 2018.

Ryan Dolan

Head Coach Squirt Minor 9U

My name is Ryan Dolan and I have the privilege of coaching the 2015 Palmyra Black Knights team. I grew up playing hockey, both for the Central Penn Panthers Junior team as well as at California University of Pennsylvania while completing my Bachelor's degree. I have been coaching youth hockey for 10 years. You can find me most times at the rink with my wife and two boys who both play.

Corey Lamoureux

Head Coach Squirt Major 10U

Corey Lamoureux is a long time Palmyra resident and the head coach of the 2014 AAA team. Lamoureux grew up in the Central Pennsylvania area. Lamoureux played junior hockey for three years in the EmJHL, making the all-star team in his third season. Lamoureux played both college baseball and hockey at Lebanon Valley College (NCAA III). Lamoureux has been involved as a coach for the Black Knights since 2019.

Tim Frey

Head Coach Peewee Minor 11U

This is his second year with PBK, but he has over 30 years of coaching experience with local youth and high school teams in York (Dallastown and Red Lion.) Prior to PBK, he coached many years for the York Devils and several for the Lancaster Firebirds, where he met Coach Antoine. Coach Tim focuses on fostering relationships with players and stresses the team over individualism. He believes that character and work ethic are valued over skill, and discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm! Outside of the rink, Coach Tim is a special education teacher at West York High School. He also works in the press box at the Hershey Bears home games. He lives in Manchester with his wife, Suzy, and has 3 adult children

Wayne Cerzullo

Head Coach Peewee Major 12U

Wayne is the 2012 AAA coach for the 2024-2025 season as well as last season. Wayne has extensive coaching experience at many different levels–from Mites through Juniors. He has worked with numerous organizations including: Keystone State Games, Central Penn Panthers Junior team, Hershey, Vipers, Hershey Quebec Teams, Twin Ponds Puddle and in-house leagues, N.E Select Teams, Metro Falcon Jr. B team, Hershey Jr. B team, and of course, PBK. He has also run numerous camps for youth hockey programs with Al McCormack, Matt Yingst, and Tim Tookey. Wayne resides in the area with his girlfriend Lisa. Together, they have We have four kids: Ashley (37), Jess (36), Brandon (35), and Tony (34). Wayne has been given some very good opportunities with coaching and wants to continue to provide players in this area the best foundation and opportunity to play at their best level so they can advance to higher levels of hockey.

Brennan Thompsom

Midget Minor 15U Head Coach

Brennan is a native of Denver, Pennsylvania. Before returning to Palmyra, Brennan served as the head coach for the Hershey Cubs USPHL Premier team from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach of the Palmyra Cougars high school varsity team from 2019 to 2021 and in the PBK tier 2 organization from 2017 to 2019, where he began his coaching career. Before coaching, Brennan played college hockey for five seasons at Lebanon Valley College. He is the owner of Thompson Prospect Development, a hockey training and development company for players in Central PA. When not at the rink, Brennan can be found playing golf or spending time with his wife Lindsay and their daughter Charli.

Patrick Jarrett

16U/18U Head Coach/ Black Knights Academy

Patrick Jarrett was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, Canada where he played minor hockey until being drafted in the year 2000, 1st overall to the Mississauga Ice Dogs of the OHL. In 2002, Patrick was drafted to the Nashville Predators in the 5th round. In 2005 Jarrett turned pro, playing for the Eisbaren Berlin in the DEL, winning a championship in his first season. Over the course of a 13 year professional career Patrick was honored to wear the "C" 7 of those years and an "A" 2 other years. He played in a number of different leagues including the AHL, ECHL, DEL, DEL 2, EBEL, Denmark, and has also played in 2 Spengler Cups. . Jarrett finished his playing career as player/coach in Frankfurt (DEL2) where he won the Championship in 2017. He took the natural next step into coaching and was hired by the Hamilton Bulldogs (OHL) as an assistant coach. Patrick polished his coaching skills by working with many experienced individuals including former NHL coach Ron Wilson. Patrick now considers York his second home, the town his wife Tanya grew up in. Together they have two daughters.
