AGAIN THIS YEAR – You don’t have to print anything! PBK will use their paperless online registration system to track all required forms, signatures, and acknowledgements.
Players will not be officially registered and under agreement with PBK until all of the appropriate fees are collected and the necessary agreements are signed at evaluations. If you register online without payment and do not bring your payment to your evaluation, you will not be permitted to be evaluated and subsequently rostered until the required fees are collected.
$250 non-refundable commitment deposit is due during registration or at evaluations. Deposit is subtracted from registration dues.
$60 non-refundable evaluation fee will be collected during registration or at evaluations. Eval fee is in addition to registration dues. BASE COST includes the $60 evaluation fee.

NEW THIS SEASON... PBK is utilizing a subscription-based payment processor through EasyMerchant. This added secure service will aid parents with their monthly tuition payments balanced over the course of 7 monthly payments (drawn on the 15th of the month following the month of evaluation). These payments will be automatically drawn from the bank account or credit card used during registration. Cash and check payments will also be accepted and posted to each player account as in prior seasons. Please note: additional account charges for items such as EJEPL or USPHL will be applied separately to each account following team rostering.
(2) copies of the player's birth certificate is required for new players to PBK. Please bring these copies to evaluations.
Registration with PBK is a binding contract with commitment to satisfy all financial obligations with PBK. Players will not be permitted to leave PBK without payment in full and a written release from the organization. Failure to satisfy your financial obligation per the defined payment schedule will result in forfeiture of game and practice eligibility for the affected player/players as well as reporting to the DVHL and Atlantic Affiliate of USA Hockey for outstanding financial liability.
As a member of the Palmyra Area Minor Hockey Association (PAMHA) the parent/guardian of the applicant, as well as the player applicant agree to abide by all rules and regulations of PAMHA and its association partners (Delaware Valley Hockey League, Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League, United States Prospect Hockey League, Atlantic Affiliate of USA Hockey, and USA Hockey) and all contracted PAMHA vendors.

About the USPHL:
Founded in 2012, the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is comprised of 170 teams. Our teams are geographically diverse, ranging from North to South to the Midwest and Pacific.
The USPHL fields teams in a variety of divisions from Junior to High Performance Youth Divisions.
Our Junior Divisions consists of - The National Collegiate Development Conference, (NCDC) which is a unique, tuition-free, Junior hockey division geared toward Division I collegiate development placement and beyond and our Premier and Elite Divisions.
Our Midget and Youth Divisions consists of 18U, 16U, 16U Futures and High Performance Youth
The USPHL is uniquely positioned to facilitate a clear path way for players graduating from Bantam who are looking to progress through Midget and Junior Hockey on to college and professional hockey. Each division provides a critical step in the progression to fulfilling a player’s ultimate goal of becoming a collegiate or professional hockey player.
Teams have been selected to participate in specific USPHL divisions based upon geography, strong player pools, rink ownership, financial strength and history of success and integrity at the highest level.
The ultimate goal of the USPHL is to prepare and develop players for college hockey (and beyond) through a tiered development program.
Unlike any other league in North America, within the USPHL it is possible for a player to advance through an organization starting at mites and ending in junior hockey.
The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL), which operates in 17 of the 50 United States, is the Nation’s largest amateur ice hockey league. The league is comprised of 170 teams. Players in the USPHL are 8 to 21 years of age. Overall, the USPHL has had over 300 players advance to the collegiate level; even more advanced to other levels of the game.
Palmyra Black Knights announce the launch of a Tier 1 ice hockey program for the 2018/19 season.
Annville, PA – The Palmyra Black Knights (PBK) youth ice hockey program under the direction of Antoine Bergeron, hockey director for PBK and Klick Lewis Arena (KLA), is excited to announce the launch of a Tier 1 ice hockey program starting in the 2018/19 season.
PBK thanks the leadership of the Atlantic Amateur Hockey Association (AAHA) which governs youth hockey in the Atlantic Affiliate of USA Hockey for their support of our expanding program in south central Pennsylvania.
This added program will supplement an already successful youth hockey portfolio that is grounded in the USA Hockey American Development (ADM) model, which emphasizes hockey skill building and long-term athletic development.
PBK will now be able to deliver a full hockey program that covers all ages and skill levels of youth hockey under one roof – from “Learn to Skate” through 18U… and beyond. A formal dryland training curriculum with Explosive Sports Performance will be added next season to complement PBK’s on-ice program which includes dedicated skill development, powerskating, and goalie instruction.
“It’s important we don’t deviate from our sweet spot of delivering a top notch Tier 2 AA/A/B and house/development product in our region. These levels will continue to support the largest population of our players and it’s important they continue to receive the high-quality instruction and coaching they are used to at PBK. Offering Tier 1 hockey is a logical next step in continuing to develop our program by offering all of the products our players could need,” stated Bergeron.
More details regarding tryouts, leagues, coaches, and levels offered for the entire PBK program (including House/Development, Girls, Tier 2 AA/A/B, and Tier 1) will be available at the PBK website as the products are finalized in the upcoming weeks.
